Fernando Bellver, conocido como "Chango", es un destacado grabador, pintor y escultor español nacido en Madrid en 1954. Su obra es ampliamente reconocida por su fusión de estilos clásicos y contemporáneos, así como por su uso del humor, la ironía y la crítica social en sus trabajos. Bellver ha desarrollado una amplia trayectoria en el mundo del arte, experimentando con técnicas tradicionales. Formación yc Bellver estudió en la Escuela de Artes y Oficios de Madrid y más tarde en el Estudio de Grabado de Dimitri Papageorgiou.
