Signed on the plate and dated on the lower center.
With the description on the lower in French.
In very good condition except for diffused foxng on the marginsof whitish frame.
Colorful satiric scene of folk in a crowd and a suffering standing man with a stick in the front, through confident strokes, depicted by mastery.
