Since the winds of perestroika began to blow communism away in 1989, Dimitri Vilensky has been a driving force in St. Petersburg's contemporary photography scene: writing articles, organizing exhibitions and creating haunting images of his beautiful, majestic and decayed hometown. That energy and vision have earned him an international reputation as one of Russia's leading fine-art photographers. He had settled in Germany but He is now living back in Moscow.
His Photographs are the in permanent Collections: State Russian Museum. The Museum of St. Petersburg History. Yivo Institute for Jewish Research.

Niklaus Troxler's jazz poster, 'A Tribute to the Music of Thelonious Monk' elegantly combines typography and color to create a portrait of the great jazz pianist and his music.
