Les Magasins de la ville de Paris is original vintage lithograph realized by Edouard De Beumont (1821-1889), in 1843. Not -Signed on the lower right margin. IMP. D'Aubert & C., Chez Aubert Pl. De la Bourse,29 and Chez Pannier Edit. R. Du Croissant 16 written on the lower margin. This artwork represents a woman and a man inside a Stores in the city of Paris. Very good conditions. Titled on the lower center margin. Numbered, 26, on the lower left margin. Charles-Édouard de Beaumont, better known as Édouard de Beaumont, born between 1819 and 1822 and died in Paris 17th on January 13, 1888, is a French painter and lithographer. The Captain's Share (1868), formerly in Paris at the Musée du Luxembourg. Charles-Édouard de Beaumont is the son of the sculptor Jean-Baptiste de Beaumont. His father places him as a student with the painter Antoine-Félix Boisselier where he learns drawing and watercolor. He tries his hand at sculpture by making a few statuettes. Beaumont began as a landscape designer at the Salon of 1838. He was present at the Salons of 1839 and 1840, then he left to visit Italy until 1847. On his return, he devoted himself to genre painting. He exhibited again at the Salons between 1853 and 1868. He owes his fame to his talents as an illustrator, watercolourist and lithographer. Charles-Édouard de Beaumont produced all the illustrations for the Revue Picturesque, the Diable d'amore, the Famous Dwarfs and the 1845 edition of Notre-Dame de Paris by Victor Hugo. He has been criticized for drawing too often inspiration from Paul Gavarni. In 1879, he co-founded the Société des aquarellistes with Vibert, and became its president. Beaumont bequeaths his collection of weapons to the Cluny museum in Paris.

XX (as written on the higher part of the artwork) from "The album of the 500" (Album dei 500), Tipografia De Angelis, Naples, and represents a satirical scene of an italian politician (l'Onorevole Romano) of the end of the XIX century. On the back, his biography. Signed on plate on the lower right A. Manganaro. Antonio Manganaro (Manfredonia, 1842 - Naples, 1920) was a painter, caricaturist, and drawing professor. Early designer, at the age of 14, he was sent to Naples at the Royal Institute of Art. The expenses were borne by two local patrons, Baron Cessa and Diego Badarò, who awarded him six ducats a month. He soon passed to painting classes, winning prizes and receiving the praises of his masters, including Maldarelli and Postiglione. Arrested for political conspiracy (his family belonged to the Young Italy), he was ordered to leave Naples. In 1859, he was part of the secret or action committee and, in 1860, he participated in the revolutionary movements that favored the entry of Garibaldi into Naples. Following the General, he participated in numerous feats of arms and was also wounded, obtaining a medal. Taking leave of the Mobile National Guards, he directed a newspaper, The Last Judgment...
