In very good conditions, except for some small diffused foxing ner the margin that doesn't affect the image
The artwork represents a cathedral through strong and confident strokes in a well-balanced composition with perfect hatchings.
Fritz Baumgartner (Aurolzmümnster 1929 / Austria - Munich 2006).
Austrian painter and graphic artist, naturalized German, Fritz Baumgartner, is an incredible interpreter of neo cubism and neo-expressionism. From 1949 to 1956 he attended the Academy of Figurative Arts in Munich, as a student of the masters Oskar Kokoshka and Hermann Kasper.
