Original WWII vintage poster: FOR THEIR FUTURE - BUY WAR BONDS.
Original vintage WWII poster by the artist Munsett, 1943. U. S. Government printing: 1943-0-513138. Archival linen backed with original U. S. Government fold marks restored. (This is not considered a defect since WWII posters were folded to be mailed.)
This World War ll poster was produced by the United States Government with a very clear message to protect and defend our families, each citizen and company must buy more war bonds to further the effort. The image is clearly strengthened by the simplicity and innocence of the figures in it. This is an Original Vintage Poster; it is not a reproduction.
Targeting housewives, this poster aims to support the war effort. The artist has created a frame for you complete with a gold plaque! Just another fine example of how great artists supported our Allied troops during World War 2. Publisher: [Washington, D.C.] : U.S. Government Printing Office. This is an Original Lithograph Vintage Poster; it is not a reproduction. Very little is known about this artist and is also missing from the Library of Congress.
