Victor Vasarely: 1906-1997. Well listed Hungarian French artist with Auction records for prints over $100,000. He was considered the grandfather of the op art movement. This really cool piece of a golfer was done in a variety of colors. The print measures 15 1/2 inches high by 12 inches wide and the frame measures 28“ x 24 1/2. It is pencil Numbered and signed by the artist.
