A Harlot's Progress" is a series of six prints by William Hogarth, published in April 1732, that tells the cautionary tale of Moll Hackabout, a young woman who arrives in London and becomes a prostitute
The prints were created by the English artist William Hogarth (1697-1764) and are considered among his most famous "Modern Moral Subjects".
The series follows Moll Hackabout, a country girl who comes to London, meets Mother Needham, a notorious procuress, and is drawn into a life of prostitution.
