Mt Lassen - Original Signed Vintage Lithograph by Richard Walter Dubois (1907-2006)
This striking black-and-white lithograph captures a dramatic Northern California landscape, featuring snow-capped Mt. Lassen, towering pine trees, and intense storm clouds. The piece is hand-signed by the artist, Richard Walter Dubois, in the lower right corner, and is numbered 19 out of a limited edition of 20 prints, with the edition number placed in the lower center. The print is titled in the lower left corner.

About the Artist:
Richard Walter Dubois (1907-2006) was an accomplished draftsman, watercolorist, and lithographer. After graduating from the Cleveland School of Art, he moved to New York in 1936, where he created illustrations for major Madison Avenue advertising clients and national publications. He traveled extensively on assignments for Life magazine, the U.S. Air Force, and various American corporations. His artworks have been exhibited at prestigious venues, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and the Pentagon. His works are also in prominent collections worldwide. Dubois is known for creating 37 U.S. postage stamps, including a series honoring architectural treasures of America

Walter DuBois Richards
Walter DuBois Richards graduated from the Cleveland School of Art and moved to New York in 1936, where he created illustrations for Madison Avenue advertising accounts and national publications. A gifted draftsman, watercolorist, and lithographer, he has traveled the world on assignment for Life magazine, the U.S. Air Force, and many American corporations. His paintings have been exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and are included in the permanent collections of the Whitney Museum of American Art, the New Britain Museum, and the Pentagon. His 37 U.S. stamps include a series honoring 16 national architectural treasures.
