This artwork "Magical City" 1979 is an original color serigraph by Spanish artist Juan Romero Fernandez, 1932-1996. It is hand signed, dated and numbered 68/300 in pencil by the artist. The image size is 32 x 32 inches, sheet size is 34.5 x 34.5 inches, framed size is 35 x 35 inches. Framed in a simple gold metal frame. The artwork is in excellent condition, the frame is in very good condition, it has some minor scratches. About the artist: Juan Romero is not a self-taught painter, on the contrary, is an artist of solid training as certified by the fact of having gone through Arts and Crafts in Seville school of St. Elizabeth of Hungary. He is owner of a language, with identity and identifiable embodiment in a magical world, where wonderful stories populated by creatures and fantastic characters in a context of fable into a fascinating and always shining charismaticism. His work is a result of memories, impressions and emotions felt, promoting a kind, whimsical and linked to an imaginary cosmos really not for it and sometimes it is directly inspired by immediate surroundings being played with unusual sensitivity and beauty.
