Bronze sculpture, limited edition of 8 & 4 A.P. Polished bronze interior, boulder-like trompe-l’oeil burnished bronze exterior.
In this bronze sculpture, Romain Langlois very realistically imitates the aspect of a rock. The textures are obtained in the casting process and the colors through different patinas. Romain Langlois has denatured this somewhat banal object giving it a liquid and dynamic outlook. The interior is polished so as to give the bronze this golden hue and glints of light.
