About the Item
This sculpture is a ceramic totem fired in a kiln to 2200 degrees. Its several parts glide onto a one inch galvanized pole that can either sit in a pot full of cement or go into the ground. It can withstand any climate and condition. A lovely way to decorate a garden or home.

Marc Zimmerman
I have painted since 1980, starting with watercolor. Then on to woodcut ,collage and now for 30 years oil and acrylic. Mentored from 1981-89, Phil Dike, considered the father of the California school of watercolor. Self taught from then on, I went into sculpture in stone and bronze and now ceramic. Today I create and run my own gallery in Carmel by the sea.
