Carlo Nason, born in Murano in 1935 from one of the oldest families of glassmakers on the island, he was a great master glassmaker. He grows up frequenting the glass masters who work in the family furnace, appropriating the most refined techniques of glass art, demonstrating an innovative and planning aptitude which he employed in the field of design, but referring back to tradition.
In 1925 the Nason Moretti company was founded by the nasone brothers, specialized in the production of furnishing accessories and tableware, where the mastery of the most refined Murano techniques is integrated with a modern vision and careful chromatic research.
