Christopher Owen Nelson Interior Paintings
American, b. 1979
Christopher Owen Nelson thrives in the landscape of the American West. As a Colorado native, he studied fine arts at Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design where he learned classical methods in drawing and painting. While developing a deep appreciation for composition and form, Nelson focused on alternative materials; sculpting with used carpet, found objects and painting on glass. At one point, he pursued a career in construction— gaining valuable knowledge in concrete, steel and woodworking that would provide the substructure for a new and innovative artistic approach.
For Nelson, critical attention and art world accolades have been swift and abundant. Early honors include the Painting Award at the 15th National Prize Show, Cambridge Art Association, Cambridge, Massachusetts (awarded by Paul Ha, the director of the List Visual Art Center at M.I.T.). Recently Nelson’s achievements have been featured in several national publications, including: Western Art Collector; Luxe Interiors and Design; Western Art and Architecture; Santa Fean magazine, and American Art Collector. Through prestigious exhibitions and collections, his artworks have travelled the globe. Early into his career, Nelson boasts over a dozen solo exhibitions in addition to numerous private and public acquisitions worldwide.
Expanding upon his limitless drive for creativity, Nelson is also an avid singer and songwriter—exploring feelings of beauty and loss, lightness and dark intertwined. These same concepts are mirrored in some of his art, wherein barren trees fracture solitary space. A consistent thread that runs throughout all of his work is a need to transform shadow and grit into something bright and smooth. Nelson’s portraiture suggests that even the people we are the most intimate with will forever remain mysterious beings, delving into infinite soul-searching.
Nelson’s creations reveal the dynamic nature of existence, thought and feeling aligning within a vision uniquely his own. Combining his skills in painting, construction and songwriting, Nelson illustrates deliberate yet subconscious narratives guided by lucid dreamscape. Mirroring his own self development, his work continues to grow in scale and in concept. Bound by no medium, he creates in a perpetual state of research and development. Striking his own path, he cuts a wide road for future pace setters. The art world follows in double time.
"Deeply Driven…
… by process and technique, I have allowed my work to evolve as an examination of self. There are seemingly endless parallels between how I approach my relationship with a subject, and how I approach my relationship with own individuality— perpetually excavating and exploring the layers beneath the physical in search of a deeper truth.
My approach to form is always one born from a place of curiosity, limitless potential, and an acceptance of what something wants to be versus what I think it should be. My work is a manifestation of who I want to be and how I want to be seen and heard— creating with the intent of energetically communicating what I feel cannot be said." -Christopher Owen Nelson, 2019to

Contemporary Acrylic Abstract Painting by Mitchell Wright
Located in Pasadena, CA
This blue monochrome painting by contemporary artist Mitchel Wright transports us to distant worlds beyond our comprehension. Within his seemingly infinite networks of lines, dots, and crosses, he decodes the recognizable to create something unfamiliar.
Wright crosses shades of blue and grey lines, reconstructing a sense of regularity obtained by the arrangement of different triangles sizes. The triangular forms used for the painting contrast with the perfect square shape of the artwork. It sits in a grey metal frame.

Tapas Ghosal - Untitled - 12 x 12 inches ( unframed size) )
Acrylic on Canvas , 2022
*** Framed ( packing : complimentary; shipping cost would need to be extra)
Style : In Hindu philosophy, the 'Antahkaran' refers to the totality of two levels of mind , namely the Buddhi, the intellect or higher mind, and the Manas, the middle levels of mind which exist as or include the mental body. It refers to the entire psychological process, including mind and emotions. Ghoshal’s paintings weaves an Antahkaran, creating structural spaces, sometimes meditative & melancholic in nature. His contemplative mind, enters into the inner realm of reality, dissects it and extracts a kind of mystic silence.
The extant contemplative in wardress in him got charged with meditative spirituality through his association with this heritage city. Benaras, started flowing in his canvasses both through landscapes and human faces. Since 1995-96 his Benaras paintings started transforming. Initially his landscapes contained reflection of naturalness transformed through melancholic chiaroscuro. Gradually the naturalness started disintegrating into expressionistic structures. At a certain stage during 2004-05 some of these structures yielded into abstractions shedding all the links with naturalness. Then again the sign-symbols integrated into geometrical structures reflecting traces of original locations.

"Taking Time to Enjoy the Moments" Abstract Chandelier Painting on Canvas
By Ash Almonte
Located in New York, NY
The Chandelier series for Ash portrays an inner mantra, that light is a fuel in which we all connect, the artist goes on to explain: "We all have a light inside of us and that light is how we connect in some realm; whether it be a mentor, a friend, a stranger, a nurse. It is this innate human connection that brings us together and for me, a chandelier represents the complexity and beauty of this and so the idea of providing this light for one another is what motivates me in this collection." Almonte is constantly developing her aesthetic, further breaking the barriers of how she applies paint onto the canvas by carefully manipulating her dried acrylic pallet. Cutting and reapplying the leftover paint onto new works of art, Almonte creates a refreshing and unique design that gives her work a new dimension and a more 3D-like feel. This piece is painted on thick gallery wrap canvas and is signed lower right and on verso, it comes with hanging wire on verso ready to be displayed.
Art measures 48 x 36 inches
Inspired by vibrance and an optimistic outlook on life, Ash Almonte is recognized for her distinct abstract expressionistic style. She is best known for her series of Chandeliers, Butterflies, and Fashion from the Seventh Avenue Design District. Almonte's award-winning works can be found in private and permanent collections around the world. She is motivated by change, compassion for others, and miraculous phenomena that can impact others for good.
Her flair and admiration for fashion and art have been a staple of her life since childhood. As a young girl, she would experiment using anything she could find to make art; from tearing apart bushel baskets at her father’s fruit stand, to tearing out old magazine clippings from her mother's magazine collection; anything and everything around her could potentially be used to create. She would continue to seek out opportunities throughout her young adult years, as her love for fashion grew, allowing her to collaborate with celebrity stylists creating looks for top billboard artists, as well as apparel worn at New York Fashion Week for designers Sherri Hill...
