Price unframed is 28x40: $3200 35x50": $4700 41.5 x 59 $6200 49 x 69.75 $8700 65 3/4 x 98: Price in request A resolutely minimalist and suggestive approach to get to the essential. Not trying to show a subject for what it is, but for what it expresses. This is my way of telling stories, of translating my sensibility”. J-M. Lenoir A passion for nature from an early age led Lenoir to photography as a means to capture magical moments of nature and wildlife. Starting with wildlife and wide spaces, he developed his own vision of photography. Landscape photography is an eternal quest for atmosphere where the light and the quest of beauty are key references, his aesthetic landmark. His photographic intention relies on his magnetic attraction for wide spaces combined with his quest of beautiful lights. A way that inspires him and his instinct of freedom. In photography, he is looking for simple pictures, which go straight to the subject core, with very few things in the frame. Lenoir follows a suggestive approach: he does not try to show a subject as it is, but to share what it expresses. It is his way of telling stories and conveying his sensibility, like his recent work “Evanescence”. Combining his passion for pictures with rugged landscapes, he organizes and guides photo tours with Photographes du Monde agency for seven years. From north of Europe (Scotland, Norway, Finland) to South america (Chile and Bolivia),his photographic world leads him into areas of wilderness from where he draws his main source of inspiration. Lenoir is an ambassador for Fujifilm cameras and Cokin filters. 49" x 70" Ed. of 5 $9,600 & larger 41" x 59" Ed. of 10 $6,800 36" x 50" Ed. of 10 $5,200 30" x 42" Ed. of 5 $3,600 Photography, ocean...

Delos Column #2
By Lee Wells
Located in New York, NY
Delos Column #2 30 x 20 inches Edition of 10 20 x 16 inches edition of 20 Where light was born It’s a UNESCO world heritage site. It’s an ark of history, floating lazily on the waters of the Aegean Sea, just a few miles away from cosmopolitan Mykonos. It’s a chance to walk around the revival of the glory of the Greek civilization. It’s the head priest of the Cyclades, the birthplace of the immortals. In the ancient times, the myth of god Apollo, god of light, and goddess Artemis having been born there rendered the island sacred: no mortal would ever be allowed to be born on its land. But, a cradle of gods as the island has been, no mortals would ever be allowed to die on it either. So, apart from it being a conspicuous religious and economic centre, the island had also been exclusive in that: even during the years of peak of the Delian Alliance, women on the brink of childbirth and people close to dying would be carried to the neighbouring island of Rineia. The whole of the known world of that age was aware of the sacredness of the island and of its uniqueness. Lee Wells is a conceptual artist, independent curator and writer working in New York since 2000. His artwork and projects question systems of power and control and have been exhibited internationally, including the 51st Venice Biennale, 2nd Moscow Biennial, The Guggenheim Museum, NCCA Moscow, PS1/MoMA, and the 1st Mykonos Biennale. He has lectured on art, technology, and contemporary society at many schools and universities including: Columbia University, Princeton University, New York University, Carnegie Mellon University, School of Visual Arts, Museum of Fine Arts Boston, Moscow School of Photography, and others. His projects and exhibitions have been reviewed, publications include: The New York Times, The NY Observer, The Art Newspaper...
