20th Century Italian Solid Silver Baroque Style Carafe
About the Item
Gorgeous jug in solid 800 silver in Italian Baroque style.
Completely handmade, it has a sinuous body, shaped and embossed with torchon motifs.
The "mouth" of the carafe is also shaped and edged with a solid silver wire.
The handle was made with the casting technique and finished with chisel.
The important base was designed on three levels.
Two torchon embossed levels interrupted by a small step and then welded on a third smooth round level to give it more stability, elegance and a balanced design.
