A sustainable design brand based out of Michigan, Studio Variously exclusively collaborates with artisan communities to restore & revive ancient techniques by exploring custom modern designs in textile based products. The name TESU is derived from root word Tesuji shibori technique orignated from Japan where Tesu means hand and Suji means stripes. Tight winding the fabric to create stripes pattern, created all by hand. Natural indigo is used to dye the 40 gms silk textile carefully one piece at a time by our skillful artisans in India.
