Japanese Maki-E Lacquer Stand with Pine-Tree and Fenix Design, Meiji Period

About the Item

This maki-e stand expressed by a graceful curve was made in Meiji period. This type of stand is displayed as a central table in the most important part of Japanese alcove. It features a beautiful gold lacquer work of "takamaki-e". Comes with original tomobako Tomobako size: H47cm W32cm D32cm / H18.5in W12.5in Din12.5.
