Large Chinese Blue And White Vase In Meiping Shape, China Late Qing Dynasty

About the Item

Large Meiping-shaped porcelain vase with underglaze blue decoration of a dragon pursuing the sacred pearl. This rotating decoration of the dragon over the entire body of the vase was created with flexibility and vigor, attesting to the great dexterity of the ceramist. Six-character mark of Emperor Xuande. China, early 20th century. Height : 55 cm. Weight : 8,9 kg.
