Large Martaban Storage Jar

About the Item

A large brown glazed Martaban storage jar, c. 17th-18th century. Tapering ovoid form with molded sides depicting dragons, cranes and floral ornamentation. Six dragon head looped straps at shoulder. 22 ¼ inches high by 16 inches wide.
