Turn-Teplitz Amphora Austrian ceramic pottery vase, circa 1900, of tapering cylindrical form with conforming sinuous flowering vine handles and a lobed flare lip, glazed with a combination of earth tone matte and iridescent colors with hints of pink and blue in controlled drip overlay with gilt painted accents, underside marked "Amphora" in raised lozenge, "Turn-Teplitz - Bohemia / RSTK / Made in Austria" in red, with impressed "20 02 41" and painted "601. / 1530." to underside. Provenance: From a Rye, N.Y. collection.
