Very rare Large Antique 18C Kangxi Chinese Copper Red Plate with Verte Elements
About the Item
Hi All,
Sharing with you this new arrival. We have never owned or saw a similar piece before. It's a quite unusual piece from the Kangxi period.
Visible in the pictures is a larger sized deep dish with a very delicate copper (orange) red scene of birds resting in a plum tree. Some flowers and a butterfly are painted in verte enamel colors. The combination of enamels like this is very nice.
The base with an artemesia leaf.
