Antique Chinese red lacquered painting table

About the Item

Chinese red lacquered painting table, soft wood construction with unusual detailed relief skirt carving depicting figures and flowers, three deep drawers with inset brass hardware, intricate pierced corner carvings, splayed leg design with end cross stretchers and carved block feet, mortise and tenon joinery, center floating panels, covered overall in a vermillion red lacquer finish with carvings rubbed down and mottled top surface.
