About the Item

Early 19th century Qing Dynasty period Chinese hardwood low Kang table. The curved body terminates in scrolled feet and the sides are carved with naturalistic symbols of animals and flora. A beveled rectangular central board sits above open fretwork aprons to the front and back. These feature carved mythical dragon details to the front and back.
