Early 19th Century Table Screen
About the Item
This black lacquer table screen has a multi –panel frame. Each section surrounding the stone has an elongated open begonia. The apron is cusped. The base is attached to the screen in mortise and tenon joints.
The base of this screen is 11.5 inches deep while the stone and frame is 1.25 inches in depth.
Wood: Yu Origin: Shanxi Period: early 19th C.
