Lovely Vintage Chinese Chinoiserie Writing Table with Original Stool Leather Top
About the Item
We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning small Chinese Chinoiserie hand painted and lacquered writing table with black leather writing surface and matching stool.
This is a very good looking and well made piece in my favourite style which is Chinoiserie. The desk top has a black leather writing surface which is embossed, the stool is the original and very much in the Chinese Chippendale taste
Condition wise is exactly as you would hope to them, there are some light age and use related patina but mostly they are in fine order throughout.

Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
