Pair of pedestals - vase holders of Chinese manufacture, early 20th century

About the Item

Pair of Chinese-made pedestals/pot stands, datable to the early 20th century. The two pieces of furniture are made of carved ebonized oak, and are thus presented in a deep black color. There are geometric patterns on the circular top, while floral and plant ornamental details and decorations dominate on the sides and legs. The two pedestals are in good condition; they have recently undergone light restoration. The total overall dimensions of the single pedestal are 77 x 50 x 50 cm.
