Born in Meiji 35. Learn from his older brother Takeho Mizuta.
Born in Osaka. His real name is Yoshiro.
He has been active mainly at the Nihon Nangain, but also at Teiten, Shinbunten, and Nitten, and has been selected three times at Teiten.
He paints landscape paintings influenced by Post-Impressionism.
He died in 1988. he is 85 years old.
