Chinese finely moulded ebonized plaster Brush pot bitong imitating carved zitan 20th century Of cylindrical form, decorated with complex designs depicting Tang ladies entertaining the emperor with ensembles of strings, winds, and percussion, and a dancer in flowing robe, set in a rocky garden in front of a pavillion under a pine tree, in a detailed, deeply molded relief. Measures: Approx. 6" in.(15.2cm.) x 6 1/2" in.(16.5cm.) dia. weighs almost 4 lbs.
