Antique English Cast Iron Dragon Fire Grate

About the Item

A very well cast Dragon grate, the front supports of Monopedia form with stylised panther heads hold heavy brass rings terminating on brass button paw feet. The large balustraded burning area with shaped back, decorated with rosette and spherical finials. A quality mid to late 19th century fire grate of fantastic proportions.
