Antique 19th Century Victorian lignum vitae tobacco jar carved in the form of a bulldog head. The detail is of exceptional quality, featuring glass eyes, small pretruding white teeth from the bottom jaw and a black leather collar around the base. It is lined on the inside with brass. A truly wonderful piece and a must desk accessory for a dog lover. CONDITION In Great Condition - Wear expected with age. Please refer to photographs.
