Antique early-20th Century Victorian lignum vitae tobacco jar carved in the form of a bulldog head. The detail is of exceptional quality, featuring large glass eyes and a leather collar around the base. It is lined on the inside with brass and has strong brass hinges. A truly wonderful piece and a must desk accessory for a dog lover.
