Pair of French 19th Century Neo-Classical St. Bronze and Marble Candelabras

About the Item

A handsome and unique pair of French 19th century Neo-Classical st. patinated bronze and Sienna marble candelabras. Each three arm candelabra is raised by a triangular marble base with cut corners and a fine wrap around mottled foliate patinated bronze band. The lightly tapered central supports display richly chased paw feet and most decorative finely detailed pierced interlocking laurel branches and wreaths with spears through the middle. The three arm reserve above in the shape of an oil lamp displays beautiful maiden faces at the underside, striking lattice designed candle cups and palmette designs below the removable lid which exposes an additional candle holder. Candle height: 8".
