Pair of very large French figurative floor-standing candelabra
French, 19th century
Measures: Height 260cm, width 90cm, depth 90cm
This pair of candelabra are each surmounted by large, gilt bronze candelabras with scrolling branches hung with cut glass and each with twelve lights. The candelabra protrude from the tip of a horn which is blown by a sculptural figure: one male and one female. The figures are entwined with dolphin supports, and set upon rocky tri-form bases.
