Pair, Tall Gray Painted Pine Candle Stands, Circa 1890

About the Item

Pair, unusual and decorative 5.5' tall candle stands. The carved lattice work, scrolls and base all combine in this free-standing pair. Each holds five candles, with the central slightly larger than the outer four. Restored, later professionally painted in layered shades of gray with blue undertones, and lightly distressed to fit the age and grace of this lovely set. Distress reveals the natural pine wood below. All scratches, cracks, dings, and age related separation are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this special pair.
