19th Century Table Clock with Silver, Nephrite and Precious Stones by Dreyfous

About the Item

This delicate table clock features a central circular white dial with black Roman numerals and gilt detailing. The dial is signed 'E. DREYFOUS, To Their Majesties' and is mounted all around with silver worked flowers and a crown motif, all inlaid with precious stones. The dial is supported by two round and two square nephrite columns, which are decorated to the top and bottom with silver and inlaid precious stones. The columns sit atop a curved nephrite base, which stands on four toupie feet.
