In wood, stone or bronze, his work encompasses a grouping of shapes carved into the material revealing balance and extreme strength.
Emanating from memories of wanderings in the long shores of Brittany, where Bertrand Créac’h observed the rocks standing like sentinels facing the ocean, the artist chose wood to express his inner representations. In his workshop, Créac’h worked on direct carving, captivated by the material mystery and its depth.
