About the Item
Rare bronze sculptural piece by celebrated Israeli artist and sculptor, Ilana Goor. Giacometti-style sculpture made in solid bronze with beautiful heavy patination and all-over verdigris showing its unique character and age. Sculpture depicts standing dove with its wings closed. Beautiful texture that faithfully pays homage to Giocometti's style while also referencing Rodin before them.
Signed 'Goor' to left-side. Examples of the artists work are visible in Tel Aviv at the Ilana Goor museum.
