A large scale reclaimed bronzed and gilded plaster bust of Roman emperor Tiberius. In Grand Tour style and an impressive large scale, this bust would make a striking decorative piece for any period property looking to appreciate historical art. The second emperor of Rome and known for his brilliant military career, Tiberius helped carry out the expansion of the Roman Empire along the Danube and into modern day Germany. He was also in power when Jesus was thought to have been crucified.
