Beautiful Art Deco figurine of a dancing lady with discs in her hands. The statue is made of 'metal d'art', a special kind of spelter / bronze, which was casted in the studio of Max Le Verrier. The statue stands on a marble base. The statue is marked 'Derenne', this is a pseudonym for Marcel Antoine Bouraine. He is a designer who worked in the studio of the famous Art Deco artist Max Le Verrier.
The figurine is in very nice condition, with a nice old patina.
