This is a very good stoneware Jardiniere , made by Doulton Lambeth, dating to Circa 1890.
The decoration has an applied moulded floral decoration which is hand enamelled, all in the Art Nouveau / Arts and Crafts style
The piece is fully marked to the base, with Doulton's impressed mark, incised marks and numbers, which date this piece to the end of the 19th Century, 1880 to 1902, all as per the images.
