Polychrome 'pâté de verre' soliflore-style vase in blue, orange and purple glass with a ball clustered at the bottom and a thin neck. Piece signed with Nancy's «Lorraine» acid.Glass paste is a multi-layered glass on which an image has been etched according to the layers, so that it is embossed from the surface and the colored layers form a contrast with the image.The Verrerie d'Art Lorraine was a Daum brand created by Paul Daum and Pierre D'Avesn at the Belle Etoile glassworks in Croismare
