About the Item

French Ceramic large ball vase by Marc Uzan - circa 2000 Delicate enamelling in shades of blue and some touches of purple - Ring neck Beautiful material work - crackle effect Signed under the base Very good condition - just two small chips on the base (visible on the last picture) -------------------------- Born in Sousse, Tunisia in 1955, Marc Uzan discovered modelling at the age of 18. In the 1970s, he opened his first workshop in Paris and by the end of the decade was travelling extensively. In the 1990s, he returned to the Sarthe region in northern France where he founds his workshop.
