About the Item

Danish ceramic handmade vase by Herman A. Kähler. The vase has a matte sand colored basecoat with abstract hand-decorated pattern inspired by aquatic plants in brown and light brown colours. The decoration is most likely by the painter Elisabeth Lützhöft Christensen who worked for Kähler in the 1920s.
