Hexagon Patterned Vessel in Coral Blue

About the Item

Hexagon Patterned Vessel in Coral Blue The Hexagon Patterned Vessel features a beautiful shallow pattern that creates a smooth and flowing profile. Its unique tessellation creates a perfectly balanced shoal surface structure that adds depth and texture. Each piece is carefully slip-cast to receive flawless edges, then hand-glazed and fired in the kiln to create a reactive metamorphosis that brings Hexagon to life. The resulting effect is a stunning interplay between the ceramic body and the glaze, creating a work of art that is both beautiful and meaningful. This color features a lovely unglazed speckled clay bottom that exposes the raw texture and facets of the vase. It is this texture that evokes the briny marine life for which it is named. The striking palette of blues and purples create a beautiful transition as the glaze flows over the patterns. These vases are decorative only and not intended to be used with water. Color and pattern may vary slightly from the image shown.
