Of Piedmontese origin, Piedmonte is the northern Italian region closed to the border with France, they are strongly influenced by the French Barbotine style and are ornated by applied polychrome decoration in relief with cherubs, grapes harvesting putti with roses, daisies and vegetal patterns.
Good conditions, hand painted, very minor chips due to the age, old restorations, they come from an Italian family private collection. Piedmontese manufacturing of early 20th century, dating back to Art Nouveau period.
