An impressive Antique Queen Anne Solid Silver Tankard with an elegant flued band around the body and a complementary fluted design on the domed lid. The chased design elements are enhanced by subtle engraved elements. The Tankard has a substantial handle engraved with C IM 1704. Made in London, England in 1704 by Humphrey Payne. Approx. Weight - 812g / 26.11oz Approx. Height - 18.1cm Approx. Diameter at Base - 12.7cm The Tankard has a full English Hallmark on the body. This beer mug is in excellent condition with no damage and a patina commensurate with age and use. CODE- EAR01 WIN01 TANK01.
