Anne-Marie Trolle Danish Royal Copenhagen Zenit Ceramic Vase

About the Item

A very stylish Danish Royal Copenhagen Zenit pattern ceramic art vase designed by Anne-Marie Trolle (b. 1944) and dating from around 1980. The vase is of tall oval shape standing on an unglazed oval shaped base with hand applied designs. The body is applied with a raised trailing ribbon like design applied with a silver Z pattern. The vase has further incised linear patterning with a finely crimped top rim. The vase is decorated in natural glazes on a white ground and has blue printed makers marks to the base along with signature mark for Anne-Marie Trolle with pattern title ZENIT and is numbered 155 and 5607. Provenance: acquired in the UK Art Market. In good original condition with light wear associated with age and use.
