ceramic tile panel "triennale" design Gio Ponti for Marazzi

About the Item

ceramic panel composed of four iconic and famous "triennial" tiles also known as "four times curved," designed in the 1960s by Gio Ponti and Alberto Rosselli for Ceramiche Marazzi. This is the tile presented at the Milan Triennale over half a century ago, in 1960, absolutely innovative and extravagant, characterized by four curves that allow for an absolutely fantastic play of joints and patterns. Triennial transcends epochs, surfaces, contexts, in an open and continuous dialogue between history and technology, design and industrial production, form and matter, ceramics and stoneware. This panel composed of four very rare original tiles of the period, of which two are white, one brown and one black, measures 50x50 cm, including the stunning white aluminum frame. Each tile measures 15x23.5 cm. The painting that is made will fit fantastically into any environment, it will blend easily with whatever kind of decor is in the house where it is to be placed. It's a great gift idea to give and get, to have in your hands a fantastic and unique piece of design by the most iconic Italian architect of all times with a reasonable and low expense. You will be delivered exactly what you see in the picture. Unmissable !!!
