Vase Loetz (Lötz) Widow Klostermuehle Bohemia Art Nouveau Made by Loetz, Klostermuehle (Bohemia), circa 1900 Decor: PHAENOMEN GENRE 7773 or PG 29 Signed: 'Loetz Austria' (needle-etching at reverse side of foot) It is a most remarkable Loetz Art Nouveau Vase of oblong-bellied type with smooth wide & overhanging round mouth. This vase's surface is made in decor PHAENOMEN GENRE 7773 with colorless glass underneath - shaded golden brown - as well as with special pattern consisting of blue iridescent & golden-yellow wavy lines partially covering surface, these ones being quite broadly defined. Additionally, the three-sided vase is artistically dented at each side. The vase stands on round foot / its reverse side is slightly bulged in (= having a slight hollow) where the mentioned signature is visible. Size: Height: 18.0 cm (= 7.08 inches) Diameter of vase's mouth: 12.0 cm (= 4.72 inches) Condition: Excellent / there aren't any damages existing (Museum quality !).
